Send your application form, supporting documents, and other application materials to your school through MOTTO JAPAN. If you are having trouble with any of these forms, we are here to help!

School Admission and Visa Applications

When you are admitted to a school, they will apply for your Certificate of Eligibility at an Immigration Bureau office in Japan. The application process can take about 2 months.

・Notification of the Issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility

The immigration bureau will notify your school of the issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility. MOTTO JAPAN will inform you of the result.

Payment

We will make you an invoice and you can send your tuition and fees to the school or MOTTO JAPAN to finalize your admission.

Issuance of Admission Documents and Visa Application

After your payment is received, your school will send the original copy of your Certificate of Eligibility and admission documents. When you receive these, report to your local Japanese embassy or consulate to apply for your student visa.

Make arrangements for a plane ticket. When your preparations are complete, send your flight information to MOTTO JAPAN. If you need help finding a place to stay, we are here to offer you all the support you need! If you have any questions before your departure, be sure to let us know!

Travel Procedures and Study Preparation
