Why this school?

POINT1
【Education Designed With Diversity in Mind】
Over 500 students from over 30 countries study Japanese with us and it is very difficult for students of varying nationalities and Japanese levels to study Japanese at the same time. However, at J Kokusai Gakuin we have several class levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced, and super advanced. We also have a selection of elective courses including our kanji course. We take great care to offer the best educational experience possible while also keeping our students' nationalities and individual abilities. -
POINT2
【Confidence and Community】
We host a number of school events throughout the year. Between the opening and graduation ceremonies, we make active efforts to strengthen the bond between our students and staff through recreational and educational activities on and off campus and our sports festival. We also strive to help students be more aware of their individual progress and triumphs through regular assessments, speech contests, and practical Japanese classes. -
POINT3
【One Word ー "Staff"】
Our school would not be what it is without our staff. They are the glue that holds everything together words cannot begin to describe how much of an integral part they play in the school's operation. We hope that you will come to Japan, study with us, and see this for yourself!
Students / Teachers Voice
- Course Description
- J Kokusai Gakuin classes are split up into 4 levels and work to improve the following proficiencies:
Beginner Class: Students learn and deepen their understanding of the basic structure of the Japanese language and how to apply these in basic communication in Japanese.
Intermediate Class: Students learn how to communicate on a variety of subjects in both spoken and written Japanese.
Advanced Class: Students learn the essential differences between spoken and written Japanese and well as language that can be used in formal situations. Students also learn how to better communicate their own personal ideas and opinions.
Super Advanced Class: At the super advanced level, students are grouped by their purpose of study and take one of 3 special classes: Master Class, Business Class, Special University Preparation Class. In the Mater class, students work with the goal of improving their fluency from that of a "foreigner with good Japanese" to that of a "person who speaks natural Japanese." The business class is a class designed for students seeking to find employment in Japan after graduation. The Special University Preparation class prepares students for university, graduate school, and vocational school entrance examinations, admission, and study.

RECOMMENDATION
Japanese Communication International School (J Kokusai Gakuin) is located in the heart of Osaka, the economic center of Western Japan. What separates this school from many other schools is that was not founded by academics but by business professionals with the intention of preparing individuals for the challenges they could expect to face not only in academic situations but also the professional environment. This background not only allows the school administration to look at Japanese education from a different perspective than any other schools but also affects the way the school is structured and managed. Administrative staff works closely with teaching staff in the development of original curriculum which is always changing with the times taking into consideration not only what students want and need but also what the professional world wants and expects from young talent. At J Kokusai Gakuin it is not simply about passing a test, it is about preparing students for life after graduation.
